SPACE PLANNING & INTERIOR CONCEPT

The project begins with the architecture, proportions and everyday rhythm of the space. Layout, zoning and the overall interior direction are developed around the property and the way it will be lived in.

MATERIALS, FINISHES & LIGHTING

Materials, finishes, colour and lighting are brought together to establish the atmosphere of the interior, with attention to both visual continuity and everyday use.

FURNITURE & BESPOKE ELEMENTS

Furniture, joinery and custom-made elements are selected or designed as part of the overall composition, giving each interior its own character and sense of balance.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

The approved concept is translated into detailed drawings, specifications and technical information, providing a clear basis for contractors, suppliers and furniture makers.

PROCUREMENT & SOURCING

Furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, finishes and decorative pieces are sourced through trusted European suppliers and makers, with orders and selections coordinated around the project.

IMPLEMENTATION & DESIGNER’S SUPERVISION

During implementation, regular coordination and designer’s supervision help preserve the original concept, resolve design questions on site and carry the interior through to completion.

QUESTIONS ABOUT INTERIOR DESIGN

Yes. Rushan Studio develops interiors for private homes, villas, apartments and second residences in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol. Each project is shaped around the architecture, your preferences and the way the property will be used.

We can support a project from space planning and concept development through to technical documentation, procurement and implementation support. The scope is agreed at the outset, so you know which stages and services are included.

Yes. Design discussions, presentations and approvals can be coordinated remotely, allowing you to stay involved while living abroad. Site measurements, visits and any on-site support are arranged according to the project’s needs and agreed scope.

Yes. The approved design is developed into drawings and specifications that communicate layouts, materials, lighting and other interior details to contractors and suppliers. The documentation included depends on the agreed scope; specialist engineering documentation is arranged separately where required.

Yes. We can select and source furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, finishes and decorative pieces through European suppliers and makers. Selections are coordinated with the approved design, budget and availability, with ordering and delivery support included where agreed.

Yes. Interior and landscape design can be developed as one coordinated project, connecting indoor spaces with terraces, gardens and outdoor living areas. Materials, views and the relationship between the house and its surroundings are considered together.

Yes. Bespoke furniture and joinery can be developed as part of the interior design, tailored to the dimensions, function and character of the space. Design details are coordinated with the selected makers, with production and installation covered by the agreed project arrangements.

Yes. Depending on the agreed scope, we can help coordinate selections, supplier communication, orders and deliveries, and clarify design details during implementation. The responsibilities of the studio, contractors and suppliers are defined before this stage begins.

Designer’s supervision can be included to review progress against the approved design, answer design questions and coordinate necessary adjustments. The frequency of site visits and level of involvement are agreed for each project. This service focuses on design and does not replace the contractor’s responsibility for construction quality and site safety.

Please share the property’s location, type and approximate size, together with any available plans and photographs. A short description of what you would like to achieve, your preferred timing and an indicative budget will help us understand the scope. Reference images are welcome, but a fully prepared brief is not necessary.
