LVL

LVL is a compact apartment located in a new building in the center of Moscow. The main goal was to create a fully equipped home that combines functionality, coziness and style within a limited floor area.

Because the apartment is small, storage became one of the most important parts of the design. The interior uses every available opportunity for practical storage while keeping the space visually clean and calm.

The kitchen blends seamlessly into the living area and entrance zone, with a bar used as a visual divider. This creates a compact but comfortable open space where everyday functions are connected without feeling crowded.
The bedroom is simple and extremely compact. It includes a bed with wide sides, a full-wall wardrobe and a small bedside table, keeping the room practical while preserving a calm visual rhythm.

The interior is almost monochrome, based on subtle light beige tones and simple modern surfaces. Fresh orange accents bring energy and make the apartment feel more vivid, while black details add contrast and definition.
Stone-textured tiles, smooth white walls and large mirrors create a mix of modern simplicity and quiet luxury. The mirrors visually expand the apartment, making the small space feel larger, lighter and more open.

The result is simple, elegant and practical: a compact apartment where neutral tones, black details and carefully planned storage turn a small floor area into a comfortable home.
