Project Story
ESC is based on the idea of uniting architecture and nature into one continuous space. The modern villa is not treated as a separate object, but as part of the surrounding landscape.
The concept is built around natural materials, expressive planting and a soft transition from strict architectural geometry to freer natural forms. The garden, terraces and green roofs work together as one complete composition.
The outdoor space is designed not only to be seen, but to be felt. The warmth of stone, the scent of rosemary and citrus, the movement of leaves and the play of light on natural textures all become part of the atmosphere.
Planting softens the architecture without hiding it. Green masses, vertical accents and calm open areas create rhythm, depth and a sense of privacy around the home.
The landscape is shaped as a living environment for everyday use: open enough for light and views, structured enough for comfort, and natural enough to feel connected to the place.
In this project, architecture stops being a border between the home and nature. It becomes a continuation of it.
